How It Works

Corporate or Individual Membership

The outdoor experiences available at a Presnell Sporting Collection venue produce indelible, unforgettable memories. A Presnell Sporting Collection Membership is, therefore, the perfect medium for advancing our Members' personal objectives and business goals. We recognize that an outdoor experience is all about camaraderie. Many experiences will accommodate multiple people so that key business and family relationships can be forged or maintained in an atmosphere of luxury and excellence.

Memberships can be purchased by individuals or through a corporate or business entity. These can be purchased in increments of 100,000 Sporting Privileges. Members have full right to designate their employees, colleagues, customers, patrons, friends or family members to enjoy any of the outdoor experiences backed by the Presnell Guarantee of Excellence.

This exclusive Membership is secured by payment of a one-time initial membership fee. Thereafter, each Member pays annual dues that are designed to cover the costs for securing this unique inventory, but are less than an individual Member would personally pay. Presnell Sporting Collection employs its purchasing power and contacts to negotiate the best terms for Members.

Membership in Presnell Sporting Collection renews every year at the option of the Member by payment of the annual dues. Members can therefore continue their Membership at their pleasure, whether a corporate or individual Membership.

Each Membership is also transferable, as provided for in the Guidelines of Presnell Sporting Collection. Memberships can be transferred to immediate family members by payment of a nominal administrative fee at any time. Presnell Sporting Collection Memberships can therefore easily be passed on to family and loved ones.

Presnell Sporting Collection also offers a Refund Program where Members can receive a refund of their Membership fee. Specifically, a Member in good standing who has timely paid all annual dues is entitled to a refund of the Membership fee by notifying Presnell Sporting Collection at any time within fifteen years of the issuance date of the Membership. The refund is thereafter issued upon the sale of a fourth new Membership after the sale of 75 Memberships.

During the first five (5) years of a Membership, Presnell Sporting Collection will pay to a Member under this Refund Program 75% of the initial Membership fee. For years 6 through 10, the payment will be 50% of the initial Membership fee. For years 11 through 15, the payment will be 25% of the initial Membership fee.

Each Presnell Sporting Collection Member receives a minimum of 100,000 Sporting Privileges annually, which are available to make reservations. A minimum of double occupancy is required to make reservations at Presnell Sporting Collection venues.

Reservation Information

The Presnell Sporting Collection reservation system has an Advanced Reservation Window and a Standard Reservation Window.

The Advanced Reservation Window is 181 to 365 days before the requested arrival date. Members can use up to 66% of Sporting Privileges for advanced reservations. Each Presnell Sporting Collection elite sporting venue has its own minimum number and maximum number of days that can be reserved.

The Standard Reservation Window is 15 to 180 days before the requested arrival date. Members can use all of their Sporting Privileges for standard reservations.

Up to 30% of Sporting Privileges can be deposited into The Registry Collection® program on or before April 30 of each year and converted into The Registry Collection program credits. These credits can then be exchanged within The Registry Collection program for access to its impressive portfolio of high-end resorts and destinations. These credits can also be saved to the next use year in accordance with the standard rules of The Registry Collection program.

For reservations Presnell Sporting Collection Members make at destinations offered through The Registry Collection program, Presnell Sporting Collection Members will pay the standard transaction fees of that program.

In addition, there is no requirement that an Owner of a Membership actually participate in the experience. We recognize our individual Members and the principals of our corporate Memberships have hectic schedules and we encourage the use of Presnell Sporting Collection Memberships to meet business objectives. Privileges can be enjoyed by anyone designated by a Member, and the Presnell Guarantee of Excellence is designed to ensure that a Member can, with the utmost confidence, designate employees, clients, customers, friends, or family members to experience a Presnell Sporting Collection adventure and then look forward to hearing the accolades.

Presnell Sporting Collection also has programs and procedures to liquidate and/or exchange, on a case-by-case basis, unused Sporting Privileges if a Member should have to make a cancellation at the last minute. These include a Hot List Program, where unused Privileges can be converted to inventory and then liquidated, with the Member receiving Sporting Privileges or other equivalents.

Member satisfaction is our mission. It is therefore necessary to implement a Member protection cancellation policy. The purpose of this policy is to ensure all Members have fair access to the inventory. This policy is in place in order to prevent Members from overbooking and thereby making unavailable, or even losing, this highly sought after inventory.

The Presnell Sporting Collection Member protection cancellation policy is as follows:

• 90+ day prior notice 100% refund of Sporting Privileges
• 46-89 day prior notice 75% refund of Sporting Privileges
• 30-45 day prior notice 50% refund of Sporting Privileges
• 15 -29 day prior notice 25% refund of Sporting Privileges
• 0-15 day prior notice 0% refund of Sporting Privileges 

Each Presnell Sporting Collection Member is enrolled as a member with Global Rescue to insure their safety while traveling. Upgrades with Global Rescue to cover family members and personal security may be obtained by Members through Global Rescue. Presnell Sporting Collection also offers its Members the option of purchasing, at their cost, Sportsman Insurance. This insurance would reimburse a Member for any loss covered by the policy in the event of a cancellation.

Each Presnell Sporting Collection Member has a minimum of 100,000 Sporting Privileges per year allocated to his or her account, depending on the package that is purchased.

Each Member can exchange up to 30% of their Sporting Privileges for The Registry Collection® program credits.

All Presnell Sporting Collection venues are based on a minimum of double occupancy.

A Member can borrow each Use Year up to 1,100 Privileges, as provided for in the Guidelines for The Presnell Sporting Collection, to complete reservations.

Example 1 for 100,000 Sporting Privileges (double occupancy)

• African Plains Game 7 nights\6 days = 65,000 privileges
• Costa Rica Bill Fishing 4 nights\3 days = 12,000 privileges
• Missouri Waterfowl 4 nights\3 days = 17,500 privileges
• Totals: (double occupancy) 30 nights\24 days = 94,500 privileges

Deposit of 5,500 Sporting Privileges exchanged for The Registry Collection program credits.

Example 2 for 100,000 Sporting Privileges (double occupancy)

• New Zealand Red Stag & Fallow 6 nights\5 days = 45,500 privileges
• Missouri Waterfowl 4 nights\3 days = 17,500 privileges
• Bahama Bone Fishing 4 nights\3 days = 17,000 privileges
• Argentina Dove Shooting 3 nights\4 days = 15,000 privileges
• Totals: (double occupancy) 34 nights\30 days = 95,000 privileges
