Elite sporting venues are expensive. Until now, there was no way to mitigate the risk that a venue was less than promised and guarantee an experience that will always be remembered and forever cherished. The Presnell Guarantee of Excellence provides this assurance.

The Presnell Guarantee of Excellence Index was carefully crafted to assure both the quality of service and the overall guest experience at each venue we offer. Venues are scored under this proprietary Index on the basis of sporting environment; event results, which includes trophies taken and abundance of game; lodging; amenities; service; food and beverage; guest satisfaction and much more.

Specifically, each venue is invited to join Presnell Sporting Collection only after a Presnell Sporting Collection review team has verified that it exceeds the rigorous requirements of the Presnell Guarantee of Excellence and is eligible for acceptance into the Collection. This includes an initial and then annual inspection where the experience our Members will enjoy is replicated in its entirety and meticulously scored under the Presnell Guarantee of Excellence Index, substantiating that the exacting requirements of Presnell Sporting Collection and The Registry Collection program have been met.

Members are encouraged to provide their important feedback after an experience. Members' satisfaction surveys are just another way of insuring these gems continue to meet the Presnell Guarantee of Excellence Index.
